Missing Our Loved Ones

We are all hearing the carols on the radio. It's the Most Wonderful time of the year.It's also the toughest time of the year for those of us who have lost our loved ones. It has been many,many years since I have lost my mother and father. They have both been gone way longer than half my lifetime.That always blows my mind.

I truly believe in my heart that our loved ones never really leave us.I also believe they are always leaving signs and messages for us.Especially this time of year.

During the hustle and bustle really try to take the time to slow it down a bit and recognize these signs that are being given to you.It can come in many ways.....it's just a matter of stopping,breathing and listening. You'd be amazed at what can be heard in silence. Namaste!
